What materials?

Sustainability is at the forefront of what we do and wherever possible we select our materials to be least damaging to the planet, Our headboards are made from plywood which is more eco-friendly than mdf, Cocolok which is a natural foam alternative, and our house fabrics are made from natural fibres which do not require fire retardancy chemicals (instead we use wool interliners to achieve compliance with regulations). These choices are more expensive to make, but always the right thing to do.

How do I pay?

Payment is by card or bank transfer only.

Can I choose my own fabric?

Yes! Simply select OWN FABRIC in drop down fabric options, then email to discuss sourcing the perfect fabric for you! If you already have your fabric in mind please email BEFORE purchasing to ensure fabric is suitable for upholstery use. If you like one of the house fabrics but want a different colour way - again please email, we’re here to help!

Headboards arrive fully assembled and well packaged for their protection. French cleats will be supplied for fixing to the headboard and the wall to hang the headboard. Footstools arrive fully packaged with legs in boxes simply needing to be screwed in. For bespoke and reupholstery pieces transportation will be discussed at quotation stage.

How is shipping handled?

How do i order?

Returns are only accepted on faulty items due to the bespoke nature of our products. Faulty items will be collected and repaired, no refunds will be given.

1. Choose your headboard or footstool style.

2. Select your size.

3. Choose your fabric option.

4. Choose your piping option.

5. If you are using your own fabric email us with your fabric choice BEFORE ordering so we can ensure it it suitable for the task, or let us know your style and budget via the contact page and we’ll advise on suitable options and costs.

6. Complete your order by paying the headboard price shown online. If you we are sourcing a specific fabric for you, you will receive a second invoice to cover those agreed charges.

7. Once your headboard or footstool is complete, we’ll share photos and send your second invoice (where applicable). Please note that delivery will not be arranged until all balances are paid in full.

What are the lead times?

Headboards and footstool approximately 4 weeks from payment date if using house fabrics, 4 weeks from receipt of fabric if sourcing own.
